Institutional Refund & Cancellation Policy
Institutional contracts and commercial engagements for ReViSense AI and RVS AI School OS are governed by the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Purchase Order (PO) signed between the subscribing institution and TRIOGENX GROUPS LLP. This document outlines the standard commercial terms governing cancellations, adjustments, and refunds.
1. Institutional SaaS Subscriptions (RVS AI School OS)
- Billing Cycles: School OS licenses are billed annually or term-wise as agreed in the institution’s MSA.
- Notice Period: Subscriptions renew automatically unless written notice of non-renewal is provided by the institutional signatory at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Proration: Due to continuous server provisioning, dedicated multi-tenant isolation, and onboarding resource allocation, mid-term cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated in an institution-specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Campus Hardware & AI Lab Infrastructure
Procurement, staging, delivery, and turnkey deployment of on-premise hardware (interactive digital boards, 3D holographic display arrays, STEM & robotics laboratory benches, IoT sensor pods, and local edge computing units) are subject to specific purchase orders:
- Hardware orders entering physical fabrication or shipping transit cannot be cancelled unilaterally.
- Defective or damaged items upon installation are covered under our comprehensive 3-Year On-Site Institutional Warranty & Replacement Guarantee.
3. Pilot Programs & Proof of Concept (PoC)
Institutions participating in time-bound paid or sponsored pilot deployments will have their refund terms strictly dictated by the signed Pilot Agreement milestone criteria. Unused software credits upon pilot conclusion may be applied toward full annual institutional rollout.
